About Us

S.H.E. (Speak, Heal, Exhale) is s a Project Speak Life, Inc. signature event created to engage the community in awareness and funding efforts for our partners (other local non-profits assisting people in need all over the world) through the arts, music, and multi-cultural activities. When we plan an event, it is for the purpose of forging connections that strengthen our community. 

 How Your Donations Help

• Gives hope to local nonprofits struggling to provide community members in crises regarding, but not limited to, issues such as poverty, homelessness, hunger, joblessness, and mental health from concerted community support.
• Contributes to a unifying experience through the presentation of creative arts and cultural events in our city bringing diversity and unity to the forefront of each event.
• Supports Project Speak Life’s Purpose Discovery training program.
