A queen who was regal and strong wrapped in the grace of a beautiful swan; Ms. Jo Ann was a woman of her convictions. She spoke life into countless people's lives and always offered hope. A skilled craftsman, she was still the epitome of elegance and sophistication. Intelligent, crafty and organized to a fault, Ms. Jo always had the Midas touch making everything she touched turn into pure gold! We miss her, but she will never be forgotten. To memorialize her commitment to Project Speak Life and our vision, we will award our first Jo Ann Cooper Overstreet Mother of the Year Award to a woman in the trades at our Annual Mother/Daughter 2023 Celebration. We will always remember!!
